H.E. Prof. Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez HOKC, LLB, MBA, PhDH, FRAS, FRSA, FRAI, MRSAI receives on February 16th, 2021 the Proclamation from the City of North Miami Beach (United States of America) in a public ceremony at the City Hall with the Mayor Anthony F. DeFillippo.

Proclamations are a great way to help spread the word within a city, state, or even nationally, about a specific cause. It is a legal-looking document that states this is his official day for the city and it is issued by the Mayor of the city.

He is receiving this civil honor as a consequence of his contributions to the American society with the Director of Social Programs, Dr. Luis Suárez, and the Suarez Museum of Natural Sciences and History, especially in the constant support to the population during the COVID-19 crisis in the City of North Miami Beach and the Miami County Area.

Founded by Dr. Luis Suarez and Dayamy Rodriguez, the Suarez Museum of Natural Science and History is dedicated to the learning of nature, animal wildlife, exotic species and their habitat. The mission of the museum is to share information on wildlife and at the same time educate visitors on the destruction caused by humans to nature, animals and their habitats.

In 2020 Prof. Sir Manuel received the highest recognitions from the Governors and the Secretaries of State of Kentucky (Kentucky Colonel) and Arkansas (Arkansas Traveler). He is receiving some of the greatest honors of the country based on his remarkable contributions to the progress and outstanding service to the United States nation.
