Dr. Luis Suarez, Director of the Social Community Program of AKBS, was working one more time helping to the Community of Florida.
This Friday February 5th, 2021, the City of North Miami Beach again distributed 1,680 boxes of food to those most in need in these difficult times of the Covid pandemic.
The food boxes contained hot dogs, oranges, potatoes, onions, chickens, meet balls, gallons of milk, yogurts, cheeses, etc, what means a great family box.
The citizens were very grateful to the City and especially to Mayor Anthony DeFillipo for all this great community support.
One more time the result was a great achievement thank all volunteers especially Helping Florida and its President Geo Herrera as well as the Coral Gables Merrick Lions Club, the Suarez Museum of Natural Sciences and History, all the staff of the City of North Miami Beach and especially to the Police for maintaining the security of the event.
