His Highness Mahmoud Salah Al Din Assaf has been given the  Presidential Lifetime  Achievement Award and has been given the highest title of honor bestowed by the governor of Kentucky.

He is a hereditary Royal Prince of the 7th century Assaf Dynasty (Banu Assaf, “Assaf” a Persian word meaning “genuine”) of the Mamluk Sultanate of the Persian Keserwan of Mount Lebanon (from 1306) and of Tripoli (from 1585). His long dynasty is one of the oldest of all Middle East.

The Assaf Family is developing since years ago programs of higher education to develop learning and e-learning programs with the special image of the Middle East population in all the regions of the World.

Assaf Foundation (AF) is a non-profit organization with many Universities and Higher Education Institutions working in research and human and economical development of Asia.

Our main objective is to create and promote educational initiatives to develop global opportunities and empower our values and culture.
